Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach
Author: Daydreams Come True~Self Coaching Workbook

Patricia Heitz Wellness was born from my personal journey of healing — body, mind, and spirit.

In 2002, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. The shock of that moment sent me searching for answers beyond medicine. After surgery, I discovered Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life and learned that the kidney often holds anger and shame. It was a lightning bolt moment: I realized years of buried pain and negative self-beliefs had shaped not only my life, but possibly my disease.

That realization became my turning point. I immersed myself in studying the mind-body connection, walked daily with books and audio teachings, and began replacing self-criticism with self-love. Slowly but powerfully, my relationships improved, my work felt lighter, and my happiness grew.

Fifteen years later, my urologist told me something I never expected to hear: “You’re cured.” It confirmed what I already knew deep inside — transforming my beliefs had transformed my health and my life.

Since then, I’ve published Daydreams Come True — Self-Coaching Workbook, created a companion course, and developed the D.A.R.E. Your Beliefs™ Method to guide others through the same process of release, renewal, and thriving.

Today, I live in Charlotte, NC, with my husband, continuing to live, and share the truth I discovered:
When you change your beliefs, you change your life.
