Patricia Heitz Wellness was born from my experience in healing both my physical and emotional wounds.
In 2002 I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. The diagnosis was shocking especially since I was feeling fine and was only at my annual Gynecological exam. The tumor was so large from my right kidney, he felt it by my hip when feeling for my uterus. After my MRI, it was confirmed. After the surgery, while I was home recuperating, someone gave me a book: You Can Heal your Life by Louise Hay. When I read that book and discovered the negative energy stored in the kidney area was anger, and shame, I knew IMMEDIATELY that was true. It was like a lightning bolt went through my body when I realized this truth. I thought if I could contribute to disease in my body through what I negatively believed about myself, what could I do If I loved myself.
From that point on, I studied every Mind, body connection book or audio I could. Daily, I would walk and listen and learn. When I wasn't listening, I was reading.
My urologist told me I had to return each year to check to make sure the cancer was not returning and that I would have to do this for the rest of my life as they don't know if any cancer cells had traveled through the kidney and were lying dormant. Basically, I would have to be vigilant for the rest of my life to have this possibility over my head.
As time passed, I applied what I was learning to my life. After about 10 years, I started to realize how my life had changed. I realized how much happier I was, how all my relationships were better, my daily working life was better, and I had absolutely no sign of cancer returning.
In 2016 my Urologist told me, he thought he could actually use the word "Cure". I was so surprised as he had told me I would have to be vigilant for the rest of my life. I took this as a sign that everything I had done to heal my negative beliefs and practice daily the course of my new, loving beliefs, had cured me.
I decided I had to share with anyone who may want to know, how miraculous changing your beliefs can be.
In 2018 I published my book "Daydreams Come True - Self-Coaching Workbook" I wanted to share the process I created to heal my life with hopes I could help others.
Since then, I have created a 6-week course to correspond with the 6-chapter workbook to guide people through the process, if they feel they need help.
Today, I live a truly Thriving life! In 2023, my husband and I moved to Charlotte, NC; a dream we had been contemplating for many years.
I look forward to sharing more of more of my learning, as I continue to learn more about how the mind, and our beliefs affect not just our body, but the life we create.
The Mission of Patricia Heitz Wellness is to help infect as many people as possible with love and healing, and teach others how to live their best lives by discovering the best of who they are.
