What I’ve Learned This Week: The Gift of a Crisis
This week, I faced a full-on crisis of faith, health, family, and money.
First, I learned that I have a serious heart condition. The doctors told me it was manageable with medication, but the medication slows me down. They also confirmed what I already knew deep inside: stress had worsened my condition from minor to serious.
That stress came from something I never expected. I discovered devastating information about the negative, contemptuous beliefs my family has carried about me for my entire life. I had thought I was accepted by them, just as I had always accepted them. Realizing that wasn’t true broke something open inside me.
Then, while trying to process this, I tripped over my dog, fell, and injured my back and entire left side. Pain on top of pain, emotional and physical.
And as if that wasn’t enough, I checked my savings account, the one that has been helping me support my business, only to find it was much lower than I thought. Now I had a financial crisis piled on top of everything else.
At that point, I questioned everything.
The Shift: From Scarcity to Alignment
But even in the storm, I remembered a truth I live and teach:When Energy Aligns with Love, Thriving Happens.
I turned inward. I reconnected with self-love, universal love, and spiritual love. I reminded myself of the magnificence of my gifts, the truth of who I really am, everything I have already survived to remind myself of the proof of my strength, resourcefulness and ability to look around the roadblock; not the old negative labels I used to give myself, the old judgements, and the old panic that completely shut me down.
Connecting with the inner power of who I have learned created another shift, and this shift reminded me: fear and worry only feed scarcity. When I align with love, I reclaim my power. I can transform anything: health diagnoses, family rejection, even money fears into something that serves me. And I can use those lessons to serve others. This is when it hit me! I already live in W.E.A.L.T.H. The wealth of my authentic gifts, the wealth of love everywhere around me from my husband and children, and the wealth of money that is just waiting for me to claim, by aligning with that energy.

H – Happens.
True wealth mindset begins inside. It starts with clearing the unconscious negative beliefs that keep us stuck in fear, unworthiness, or lack. When we shift into alignment with love; love of who we authentically are, love recognition of all those we surround ourselves with, and love of the life we are expanding into with propogation of more people who love us, more opportunities to do what we love, and more money. This is how wealth expands in every form: money, health, happiness, relationships, and fulfillment.
The Gift of the Crisis
And that’s when I realized: the crisis wasn’t here to break me.It was here to remind me. It happens so often when we are hit with multiple challanges, that we allow ourselves to get knocked down. This is part of our human-ness and learning.
Every crisis is a mirror, reflecting the beliefs that block us and inviting us to heal and transform them.
When energy aligns with love, thriving doesn’t just “happen" It is expanded from within. If you hae ever studied the law of attreaction, you know, abundance and prosperity only show up when the ENERGY of abundance and prosperity are the strongest energies within. It HAS to happen inside us first. And once it does, life has no choice but to reflect that alignment back in the form of health, happiness, opportunities, and financial abundance.
This week I learned that a crisis is not the end of the story.It’s the beginning and the expansion of of a deeper more meaningful alignment.
