For this Group Session we require a minimum of 2 participants. Utilizing the exact same D.A.R.E. Your Beliefs™ method as is done one on one, this is a transformational group workshop designed to help you uncover and release unconscious beliefs that limit your success, confidence, and happiness. Using my D.A.R.E. Method, we’ll guide you through a powerful process to: D – Discover the hidden, negative beliefs running on autopilot in your mind. A – Assess where these beliefs came from and how they’ve shaped your choices. R – Recreate a new belief system that aligns with the life you truly desire. E – Expand these new beliefs into your daily reality with practical integration tools. Through guided exercises, mindset shifts, and a supportive group experience, you'll gain the clarity and confidence to break free from old patterns and step into a thriving, empowered version of yourself.
