Could you be Sabotaging Everything you Want?

You don’t need another list of surface-level tips or How to's Discovering what is going on within requires deeper questions.

If you keep finding yourself stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or question why things are not working out for you, and you notice the same painful patterns…The problem may not be what’s happening around you.


It might be what’s happening underneath.

A belief you didn’t realize you chose, but that’s quietly driving your outcomes.

So if you’re ready to get honest and clear, start here:

 Question 1: Could I Be Self-Sabotaging Without Realizing It?

Self-sabotage isn’t always loud.Sometimes, it looks like:

  • Finding yourself turning down the opportunity you secretly prayed for because you don't recognize it as an opportunity.

  • Staying in the “safe” relationship even though you’re disappearing in it, and staying feels safer somehow.

  • Quitting right before the breakthrough, because you decided it wasn't worth it, or it was never going to happen.

  • Ignoring your gifts and calling it being“humble” and instead forcing yourself to copy what others are really good at, but you're only average at, and questioning what's wrong with you.

  • Numbing out or pushing harder; that voice that says "keep working harder". But is there a recognition of an aligned strategy to working harder? Or is working harder the strategy? Working harder doesn't get you where you want to go.


If this sounds familiar, the real issue might be a buried belief still that says:

“You’re not allowed to have this.” OR “If you succeed, you’ll lose love, or______(what?)” OR “This isn’t for someone like you.” OR "This doesn't feel safe".

These beliefs often begin in childhood… and quietly take the wheel of your adult life.


Your Belief Block could be one of these, or it could be something very personal and subjective to your childhood experiences. Only looking within and asking your unconscious mind will bring the answer to you. Then, when you know the answer to "why" everything becomes clear.



Question 2:

Are My Beliefs Creating Roadblocks in My Life?

Sometimes what looks like bad luck is really a belief block in disguise.

If you…

  • You Keep facing closed doors, delays, or burnout at the edge of something good

  • You Constantly attract people who drain, criticize, or betray you

  • You Work hard but never feel like you’re getting ahead

  • You Can’t seem to “just enjoy” the good moments…


If so, ask yourself: What might I believe about what I’m allowed to have?

Because your outer world will always rise (or fall) to meet your inner beliefs.


 Question 3:

 Are My Emotional Triggers Being Fed by Unseen Beliefs?

Ever had a small comment wreck your whole day? Do you find yourself:

  • Replaying conversations, and renumerating on what you should have said?

  • Over-apologizing

  • Getting stuck in conflict with those you love for what seems like minor issues, but to you they are not minor

  • Feeling rejected or not enough; over and over?


These emotional upsets aren’t the problem.They’re the signal.

What’s being triggered is often a belief like:

“I’m not safe.”“I’m too much.” I'm not enough" “I don’t belong here” “I always get left out” "People just don't care about me"

You can’t change your emotions by suppressing them,But you can change the belief that keeps setting them off.


 What If You Could See It All Sooner?

What if instead of reacting, you recognized? What if instead of sabotaging, you discovered what buried belief was causing the emotion of not deserving, and you could upgrade that belief to "I deserve"? What if instead of barely managing your life, you were finally living it with joy, purpose and authority?
