Service Description

This Belief Scan™ session is designed to help you locate where they may be a belief unconsciously anchored within your body. When that belief energy stored in your mind/body, is brought into awareness, now you bring it into consciousness, and you can, through some simple belief work tools, release it through gentle breathing, somatic body awareness, and guided visualization. Once released, you can now create a new empowering belief that aligns with your authentic self.
